I stayed for two nights and the Wi-Fi was solid the whole time. It connected easily, didn’t randomly drop, and my video calls worked just fine. that was pretty much all I needed, so it’s 5 stars from me.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and the whole sustainability thing felt more like wall posters than actual effort. I left towels hanging and they still got changed anyway, there were single-use items all over the place, and lights seemed to be blazing everywhere like it was a stadium. Maybe I’m overreacting, but if you’re going to make a big deal about being eco-friendly, at least make it look believable. Definitely not what I expected from them

Stayed here for one night i was so relieved the second we got there because the location was just perfect. It’s super close to the station, and there are tons of food places around. We ended up walking to most places and didn’t even need a taxi, which made the whole trip way easier.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and the housekeeping has always been really consistent. The towels were fresh, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was made nicely every time. I never had to ask twice for anything, if that makes sense...

I stayed at a Scandic hotel recently, the room felt a bit tired. The shower handle was loose, one of the lamps didn’t work, and even though they said maintenance would come take a look, nothing ever happened. The staff were nice enough, no issue there, but for the price, I just expected the basics to be in better shape before check-in.

In the end, I slept easy here, which says a lot. The security felt solid, and that made it much easier to relax and not worry during the stay

Check-in was fast, and checkout went fine too, which was a pleasant surprise. Not exactly a life-changing experience, but at least they managed the basics without making it complicated.

The room was clean and the staff were really friendly, so no complaints there. Breakfast was decent too, depending on what you're expecting. I just felt like the price was a bit high for what was included. If you get a good rate, it’s probably worth it, but at the price I paid, I was expecting a little more...

I was disappointed... there was no pool at all, and the gym was super tiny!!! If you're planning to work out or relax by the pool during your stay, this definitely isn't the place for that...

Stayed here for a weekend and used both the gym and the spa. The gym had the basics, so it did the job, but it felt cramped if more than a few people were in there. The spa was actually nice when it was quiet, but some areas didn’t feel as clean as they should have been. I mentioned it and got one of those canned apology responses, which just made it feel like they weren’t really listening. Overall it was fine, but for the price and the setup, I expected better.

I only stayed for one night, but right away I had the feeling the room hadn’t been cleaned as well as it should’ve been. There was dust on the shelves, some hair in the bathroom, and the floor looked like it could’ve used a much better vacuum. The bed was fine, and the staff seemed nice enough, but my gut feeling was that the place just wasn’t being cared for properly. For the price, I expected a cleaner room. Overall, not the best stay...

It took ages for them to get back to me, which was already frustrating enough. Then on top of that, the terms seemed to change from what I was originally told, so the whole experience felt annoying and unclear...

Used Scandic for a two-day work meeting it was mostly fine. The room was ready when we got there, the wifi didn’t drop out, and there was plenty of coffee, which I absolutely needed because I don’t have the patience for meetings without caffeine. The only annoying part was the projector taking a while to get sorted in the morning, but the staff jumped in quickly and fixed it. I’d use them again for business trips.

The food was really good!! Nothing too fancy to say, honestly... just solid and enjoyable. The bar had a cozy enough vibe too, which made it a nice spot to hang out for a bit!!!

Bathroom was clean, shower pressure was actually really good, and I didn’t run into any problems at all. i blame the shower for making me stay in there longer than planned.

I actually slept well, so I’ll give them that, the bed was soft and comfortable. Of course, somehow I ended up with pillows that were a bit too flat, which made it harder to get fully comfortable. Just my luck, I guess.

I only stayed here for one night, but the parking situation stood out to me more than anything. The parking was right by the hotel, so I didn’t have to circle around, hunt for a space, or drag my bags across a huge lot or down the street. It sounds like a small thing, but when you’re checking in and you’ve got luggage with you, not having that extra hassle makes everything feel way easier. I found a spot without any stress and was inside quickly, which made the whole check-in process a lot nicer. I’d definitely book again just for that convenience alone.

I signed up for Scandic Friends thinking the points and perks would actually add up to something, but it’s been disappointing. I’ve stayed several times and still haven’t seen much benefit at all. Room upgrades basically never happen, the discounts are barely noticeable, and it takes forever to earn enough points for anything useful. What’s even more frustrating is that I keep getting different answers depending on who I ask. One person says upgrades depend on availability, another makes it sound like it’s tied to status, and someone else just shrugs it off. After all those stays, it really doesn’t feel like there’s any point in chasing loyalty status

My payment failed twice, and support wasn’t really much help. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole process just felt frustrating and kind of confusing

Room was clean and totally fine, but wow the hallway noise kept waking me up.. people talking, doors shutting, all of it. Not the worst stay, just wish it had been quieter
